Taynos Mimarlık is an architecture firm built on technical expertise, an eye for aesthetics, and strong hands-on implementation experience.

Our founder, Tayfun Yılmaz, began his career in the field of electrical systems and then specialized in security camera systems, working in various corporate companies and reinforcing his technical background through on-site practice. After gaining this experience, he founded his own company and continued to work professionally in the fields of electrical and security systems, later carrying the know-how he acquired in implementation processes into architectural practice.

In 2021, during the renovation of his own home, Yılmaz discovered his passion for space design and transformation. By combining his technical background with the discipline of design, he transitioned into the field of architecture. This journey gained an academic foundation through his Architecture education as a second university degree, and what began as a personal initiative quickly evolved into a professional vision.

Over time, as residential, renovation, and refurbishment projects of various scales were brought to life, the firm expanded its field of expertise. Our founder’s Architecture education as a second university degree strengthened his technical knowledge with an academic foundation, bringing a scientific and systematic perspective to our projects.

Within Taynos Mimarlık’s value system, the tradition of craftsmanship holds a special place. Growing up as the son of a father who devoted many years to the furniture industry, our founder has carried a deep respect for craftsmanship, material quality, and meticulous work into the firm’s decision-making and implementation processes.

Our firm operates with a holistic service approach at every stage of a project—from a building’s electrical infrastructure to its architectural design, from interior fit-out works to turnkey delivery processes. In every project, our goal is to combine user needs with aesthetic values to create functional, distinctive, and sustainable spaces.
